Step 3: Complete Mission: Meteoric on Nessus
With the defeat of the Witness, you and your allies need to do a survey mission on Nessus, which involves an Anomaly that had landed near Failsafe.
The Meteoric mission may not be launched from this quest and instead, it must be started while viewing Nessus in destinations.
Step 4: Report to the H.E.L.M.
After you have defeated the Witness and have completed The Final Shape main quest, head to the H.E.L.M. for further instructions from Saint-14 and Osiris.

Completing Echoes Act 1: A Familiar Voice will allow you to interact with Failsafe aboard the H.E.L.M. and she will act as a vendor.
Failsafe is your go-to vendor when it comes to Engram Focusing and Research but that isn’t the only thing she provides, you also get Rank Rewards as your reputation increases.
You may also obtain bounties from Failsafe that you can complete to get additional reputation (XP) with her to progress faster.
